1. Where do your products come from?
Our collection is carefully curated from international suppliers and artisans. We select each item based on quality, appearance, and experience, ensuring it perfectly matches Celtora's atmosphere and vision.
2. What is the delivery time?
The average delivery time is 7 to 19 business days . This depends on the product and the supplier. We work directly with our manufacturers to get products to you without any intermediate steps, so you always receive the best value for your money.
3. How do I know my order is safe?
All payments are processed through a secure payment environment using trusted payment methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Your data is fully protected.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link so you can follow your package.
5. Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day return period after receiving your order. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Please note: Personalised or hygiene-sensitive products (such as opened scented candles) cannot be returned.
6. Are there shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on orders over €50 . For orders below this amount, we charge a small shipping fee.
7. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at lifestyle@celtora.org with a photo of the damage. We will then provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement product or a refund.
8. Are your products environmentally friendly?
Wherever possible, we select products made from sustainable materials like soy wax, beeswax, and recyclable packaging. Our suppliers are chosen based on quality, ethical production, and environmentally conscious choices.
9. Why do delivery times differ per product?
Some products are shipped from different warehouses. This means that items from the same order may arrive separately and have different delivery times.
10. Do you offer a gift service?
Yes, many products can be gift-wrapped. Add a note during checkout if you'd like to use our gift service .
